Scheduling issues was my only concern... JLo does a great job but as a professional, the wait times were ridiculous and sometimes she would forget that she had me as a client for the day. I will be waiting for hours. She did a great job on my hair and that was the only reason that I put up with it but after It happening so many times with the waiting It was too much. I would feel anxious going to her especially if I had an appointment not knowing if I would make my appointment or even miss it even when I gave myself much time in between. She and the people there are very nice it's just that that was my honest experience.

I just moved out here 4 months ago. I was feeling crappy about my look. I called same day and she took me in and well the results can speak for itself! Because I look good and feel good. They did a wonderful job, 100% recommend.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! They MANGLED my daughter’s hair and OVERCHARGED at that. Do yourself a favor and SAVE YOUR MONEY. Go somewhere else!!!!! You asked for a picture and I posted one. If you can’t see how CHOPPED my daughter’s hair is then idk what to tell you. And talking about doing it at home is cheaper is what you say? Jlo and her coworker did such a great job on my hair. This was my first time receiving hair service for them and I couldn’t be more pleased. Especially with cutting my hair, JLO took her time and assured me before cutting how much I wanted cut off. And her coworker was so gentle with my thick, curly hair. From washing, to blow drying, and pressing the service was AMAZING and done within a great timeframe. Well worth every penny. Thank you so much!

I'm new to the East Stroudsburg area and was looking for a hair stylist. After reading numerous reviews on nearby hair salons I chose to visit Jlo Dominican Beauty Bar because she had the best reviews. I'm glad I did choose her because my hair came out beautiful! Jlo was nice and very attentive to my hair only using the best products. I also paid attention to how she was doing other clients hair and they all came out so nicely. I will definitely be coming back and making her my stylist.
